A structured organizational memory for AI-mediated mentoring support in the JUMP case study.
CCSO organizes experience into Concern, Context, Strategy, and Outcome. Retrieval and response generation make these distinctions available for judging whether a prior experience fits a new counseling question.
Status
The study is complete, and the paper is accepted at Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS-60). A related manuscript is in preparation.
