Manuscript in Preparation Journal Article
Working title for a continuing manuscript; submission is expected in January 2027. This is separate from the accepted HICSS paper.
Interactive prototype design and implementation for this continuing output, as documented separately in the CV.
Ongoing Research Conceptual
I am developing an approach to connect customer opinions with their usage contexts, tradeoffs and source evidence, so people can inspect why perspectives differ.
Not really sure yet! But I am excited to develop this conceptual idea into a deep research question with people from many backgrounds and perspectives.
